I’m sharing the details of a stunning wedding styledshoot held at the newly revamped Book Tower in Detroit, designed by the talented KR Coordination. This wedding was a beautiful blend of elegance and modern romance, with a neutral color palette of gold, nude, brown, cream, and yellow that created a timeless and sophisticated atmosphere.

From Paper to Sweetpeas

The invitation suite and menu cards were meticulously crafted with letterpress printing, featuring a delicate sweetpea design. This coordinated beautifully with the floral arrangements, which included an abundance of sweetpeas, double petal tulips, double petal anemones, butterfly ranunculus, and garden roses. Each bloom was carefully chosen to complement the overall aesthetic, adding layers of texture and softness to the decor.

The Book Tower, under new ownership, provided a breathtaking backdrop for this special day. The clear roof skyline allowed natural light to pour in, creating a magical ambiance for the ceremony and reception. The venue’s architectural beauty and modern touches were enhanced by our setup, making it a perfect location for a memorable celebration.

For the tablescapes, we used textured lace linens that added an elegant touch to the tables. The ceremony setup was meticulously designed, and the floral stands used during the ceremony were repurposed behind the sweetheart table for the reception. This not only ensured a cohesive look throughout the event but also maximized the use of our beautiful floral arrangements.

Working on this wedding was an incredible experience. The combination of the elegant neutral color palette, luxurious textures, and the fresh blooms created a romantic and inviting atmosphere that guests will remember for years to come. The result was nothing short of amazing, with each element coming together seamlessly to create a truly enchanting celebration.

It was an honor to collaborate with KR Coordination and other talented vendors to bring this couple’s vision to life. Seeing the joy on their faces and hearing the compliments from their guests made all the hard work worthwhile.
