Joanna and Adam’s intimate wedding at the Shinola Hotel’s Birdy Room in Detroit was the perfect showcase of jewel tones in all their rich glory. The Birdy Room, with its vaulted glass ceilings and warm natural light, provided the perfect backdrop for this celebration. We designed a gold circle arch adorned with lush florals, creating a breathtaking ceremony focal point that was both modern and romantic. After the vows, the room was transformed into an intimate reception space, glowing with candlelight to create that cozy, welcoming vibe the couple dreamed of.

The bride carried a luxurious bouquet filled with rich jewel tones, balanced by soft textures and playful movement. To complement her look, we also designed a large floral comb, a unique, statement-making accessory that brought the flowers into her bridal style in an unexpected way. For the groom, we crafted a pocket boutonniere, a fresh, modern twist on a classic detail that tied perfectly into the jewel-toned palette.
